Mango is a famous fruit in Taiwan. The rich season goes from April to July. In Taiwan, we grow and cultivate many different mangoes. They are of good quality with different colors, sizes, and tastes. The most popular breed is Irwen (the third one from the picture).

My grandma always makes green mango in the summer. It is made using underripe mangoes with sugar. I love its sweet and sour flavor.
