A healthy habit is any behavior that benefits our physical, mental and emotional health. These habits improve our overall well - being and we feel good. Healthy habits are hard to develop and often require changing our mindsets. Nowadays most of us want to live long, happy, successful and healthy lives but in our pursuit of success we often take shortcuts which we should avoid. To become healthy there are many healthy habits that we should adopt.
A balanced diet is the best medicine that a doctor can ever recommend. A balanced diet is a diet with right amount of calories . A balanced diet can make us fit and give us a lot of energy. It also provide nutrients to our tissues and organs. One should consume a good quantity of dairy products as it would fulfill the calcium requirement of our body. Last and the most important thing, one should eat fresh vegetables and fruits every day.
To be healthy is my priority.
To be fit is my responsibility.
Nutritious food I don't eat will take me in vain, and I will be unhealthy as I was before again.

These days, people are getting obese as they are not taking proper food and do not do exercise. Instead of healthy food,they are eating a lot of junk food. It can lead to many health problems. We should go to bed early , wake up early and go for a walk to get sunlight. Dancing is also a good exercise. We must do yoga and meditation every day for calm and peaceful mind.
Stress in people is also becoming a major problem. It can be relieved by taking proper 6-8 hours of sleep, having a good time with family, taking good food and maintaining healthy lifestyle.

The greatest gift that one can give to his family and the world is healthy you. But this will not happen just by sitting at a place. We have to take certain steps to do so. First and the most important step towards our health is to stop eating junk food. Eating junk food frequently makes the person obese which increases the chances of heart attack. One should not sit at a place for a longer time. Walking frequently is a very good habit. Nowadays, youngsters feel that sleeping late is pretty cool but that is not right. Everyone should sleep and wake up early. It reduces our stress level and makes one active. Everyone should eliminate all the negativity from mind and should fill themselves with positive thoughts. One should stop arguing instead they should adopt habit of listening to others. One should exercise daily not only for fitness but also for good body metabolism. Last and the most important thing, everyone should have a habit to laugh as much as one can . It would not just lower blood pressure but also reduces fat from stomach and makes the person look rather smart. If one inculcates all these habits, then he will be able to become a perfect man . “Health is like money, we never have a true idea of its value until we lose it “.
