Juniors: Register ASAP for School Day SATs on 4/6!
Our bodies and brains cannot handle STRESS well if we aren't taking care of our basic needs.
Shoot for 9 hours of restful sleep every night (here are some tips!)
Drink plenty of water
Eat regular, healthy meals
Identify at least 3 people you can go to if you are struggling with something
Talk to your school counselor or administrator for a referral to social work:

Talk to your Primary Care Doctor -- they can often refer you to a mental health professional.
Talk to family and friends to get recommendations!
