All forms can be picked up before your college visit. Documentation that is needed to excuse your student's absence is included in the form. Please make sure that you follow all directions so that your student's attendance may be excused. Copies of this form are also located in Attendance. 

 Juniors and Seniors are allowed 2 administratively excused absences for college visits per semester.
