I cannot wait to get to know all of my students and see what they have to bring to English class! I hope to share my passion for English to students and to engage them in the world of ELA. However, my main goal of this year is to make sure everyone feels heard, respected, and comfortable in the classroom.

With so many changes happening in the last few years, the one thing that has not changed is how ELA allows students the opportunity to find their voice, listen to others, and think about the world around them. I hope to push all my students to be critical thinkers and active listeners this year through reading and writing!
