Assessment System that provides reliable and valid tools to measure meaningful student learning outcomes. Data-Based Decision Making is utilized to determine district, school, grade, class, and individual student needs and utilizes the Problem-Solving Steps: Describe, Analyze, Implement, Evaluate.
Universal Screeners which provide data to inform district, school, grade, and class performance on critical indicators of literacy, mathematics, and social-emotional and behavioral learning.
Progress Monitoring tools necessary to adjust and improve instruction/intervention to best meet the needs of all students.
identify and provide interventions for students who are not on track to on time graduation
analyze student trends to devise a continuum of supports through Tier 1 prevention strategies, Tier 2 small group interventions, and Tier 3 individualized intensive interventions and supports.
