The Animal Ambassador Program at Reedy Laurel Elementary gives first graders the opportunity to become responsible caretakers of our Wet Lab animals. Students will help feed and care for Speedy the aquatic turtle, Poppy the hedgehog, Danny the leopard gecko, Ziggy the crested gecko, and our bessbug beetles. Through hands-on experiences, students will learn about animal needs, habitats, and the importance of caring for living things.
