Greenville County Schools will operate on summer hours starting May 26. Schools and offices are closed on Fridays through July 31.
Parking Passes - Parking pass sales will go live on Monday, July 13 at 9:00 a.m. for Seniors ONLY. You will need to create an account via SchoolCashOnline.com. Parking Passes will cost $75.00.
Students will need to upload PDF copies of their driver’s license, car registration, and proof of insurance using a Google Form that will go live on July 13. It will be on the school’s website and sent out via Backpack. You must be logged into Google to access the Google Form.
Parking Pass sales for Juniors will go live on July 20 at 9:00 a.m. If a Junior submits their application early, it will be denied and have to be re-submitted at the scheduled time of 9:00 a.m. on July 20.
Once your documents have been received, you will be notified via email if there are any issues or if your documents have been approved.
Students will randomly draw their spots at orientation on Thursday, August 6 during their class’s assigned time.
Before picking up your parking pass, all student fines must be paid. We will collect your fines during your orientation. Students received their list of fines at the end of the school year and throughout the summer.

If your student needs bus transportation for the upcoming school year, please submit your transportation forms by Wednesday, July 15 to help Greenville County Schools plan routes and ensure a smooth start to the year. Click the link for more information.
Please note the following information regarding the PSAT/NMSQT, which will be given in October 2026. Details will be emailed to eligible students on or before August 11.
Grade 10 - In accordance with SC Section 59-18-340 of the Education Accountability Act, Greenville County Schools will offer the PSAT/NMSQT test to all grade 10 students (second year in high school students). Students can participate for free, as the SC Department of Education covers the participation cost.
Grade 11 - Students will have the opportunity to participate in the PSAT/NMSQT for the purpose of National Merit Scholarship Program qualification. Students must pay a fee (established by College Board) to participate.
All Grades - PSAT/NMSQT testing will occur in October 2026. More details about testing will be shared the first week of school in August. Students will sign up to participate from August 11-24, 2026.
The Riverside High School Athletic Field began its Summer Renovation recently. The field is being resurfaced with synthetic turf while the track & field facilities will also be getting some renovations. Due to these renovations, the RHS Track and Athletic Fields will be closed to the public during the Summer. This renovation is scheduled to be finished in time for the upcoming Fall Seasons. We appreciate your understanding during this process.
