High School Art

Each school's visual art program is unique.  However, courses offered across the district can include  Art 1, Art 1 Honors, Art 2, Art 2 Honors, Art 3, Art 3 Honors, Art 4, Art 4 Honors, AP Studio Art 2D/3D/Drawing, AP Art History, Media/Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Photography, Ceramics, and Crafts classes.  

High School Visual Art teachers are professionals in their field, with many of them holding advanced degrees and industry certifications, as well as having membership in the South Carolina Art Education Association.  Our teachers often present workshops at the local, state, and national levels and many of them are practicing professional artists outside of school.
