Each year, more than 1,300 talented middle and high school students from across Greenville County audition for a spot in the prestigious All-County Band program. This highly competitive process mirrors the audition standards of the South Carolina Band Directors Association’s Region and All-State Bands, providing students with valuable experience and preparation for future auditions at the state level.

Students who earn placement through the audition process are selected to perform in one of several honor ensembles. These students participate in an intensive one-and-a-half-day clinic, where they rehearse challenging music under the direction of accomplished guest conductors.

Clinicians for the All-County Band are selected from among the most respected band directors at the middle school, high school, and collegiate levels from across South Carolina and the Southeast. These professionals bring a wealth of experience, providing students with expert instruction and a high-quality musical experience.

The clinic concludes with a public concert that showcases the musical growth, discipline, and collaboration of these outstanding student musicians.

February 19, 2026 - All-County Band Rehearsal, 5:00-9:00

February 20, 2026 - All-County Band Rehearsal, 9:00-4:00
