What is CCR?

In South Carolina, College and Career Readiness (CCR) is a unified approach ensuring students graduate with the knowledge, skills, credentials—and often experiences—needed for success whether they choose college, careers (including trades), military, or other paths. 

State and school ratings include a CCR indicator worth 19 points on the SC Education Report Card. This metric reflects the percentage of graduates achieving college or career readiness benchmarks.
