NetSupport

Below are a couple of files that will help you to install NetSupport to your teacher devices.

1) The first file (Basic NetSupport School Tutor Install) gives you step-by-step instructions on how to install NetSupport from the Staff drive on your computer.

2) Once it's installed, follow the step-by-step instructions for how to configure NetSupport.

Below is the licensing information again, in case you need it for installation purposes. Note: Don't forget to leave the expiration date blank.

NetSupport has been installed on the server at each site. The extension has been pushed to all of the student devices. A folder was created in each schools Staff drive named ___Netsupport. This folder contains instructions for teachers to install and use Netsupport. They will need to do the Basic NetSupport School Tutor Install first. Then follow the School Specific instructions on YOUR Staff Drive after that for each teacher that will use this. You will need the licensing information below:
