September 24 - We are learning all about the season of Autumn! During Autumn, the leaves stop producing chlorophyll and lose their green color. We used our arms and hands with paint to create beautiful trees in Autumn colors! Click on any of the images to see more Autumn painting pictures.

September 12 - We have been learning about the sun and how it provides light and heat. We discovered that too much sun can cause us to overheat and even burn our skin! This week, students became engineers as they planned and designed tents. Today, we tested their tents using thermometers to see if it was cooler in the shade compared to direct sunlight. Most of the tents worked—showing temperatures 2 to 10 degrees cooler underneath! Click on any of the images to see more pictures of our little engineers!
