Student Email

Use of Student Email in the Greenville ISD Intranet System

To access your Greenville ISD student email account:

1. Go to   ...   https://www.office.com       or go to Google Office 360

2. Click on the button that says "Sign In"

3. When signing into your student email account, use your user id.  Your user id consists of the first three letters of your first name followed by the first three letters of your last name, followed by three zeroes, and then the remainder of your email address domain.

For example, if your name is Harold Johnson, your  student email address would be:

HARJOH000@greenvilleisd.com

4. Your student password is the first three letters of your first name, followed by the first three letters of your last name, followed by a zero, followed by your lunch number.

Example:

First Name:  Carry

Last Name:  Underwood

Zero:  0

Lunch Number: 12345

Password:  Carund012345 (the first letter will be capitalized)

5. Once you have logged in, you will see a row of icons.  Select the "Outlook" icon.  This will take you to your email inbox.  You may wish to empty your inbox of emails from the previous academic year of 2021-2022 before beginning to use it for the current academic year of 2022-2023.

6. At this point, you are ready to start using your student email.  Make sure to check it regularly for notifications from Google Classroom to see what new assignments have been posted, as well as new announcements from your teachers.

7. Optional:  Connect your email account to your cell phone

Please remember that the use of your student email account is subject to the rules and policies approved by the Greenville Independent School District School Board, the State of Texas, and federal laws.
