These activities have been created to allow you to put into practice the skills listed under each skill level. The only way to become proficient in the use of Google is to actually put it into regular use.
Search for a YouTube channel that has some content that will be useful for your content area/age of student and subscribe to it. Now find a specific video in that channel that you can show to your class in the next few weeks. Be sure to "Allow" the video so that your students can watch it later on their Chromebook if desired. When you show the video to your class, show it in full screen mode.
Create your own Channel to begin to store videos that you will use for your class. Create a playlist and begin to collect various videos under that playlist that you can share with your students.
Add some channel art on your channel. Use screencastify (see Google Chrome Level 3) to create your own video to use with your students. It can be a recording of you or a recording of your screen. Upload this video to your YouTube channel so you can use it again in years to come.
