Mindfulness and Stress Reduction

It's hardly a secret that the college admissions process can be a stressful one. Unfortunately, many of the stressors are unavoidable in the process because of certain features inherent to the structure of the process--you're figuring out your future, and there's tons of uncertainty, so of course there would be stress! And that's OK. The important thing is to be able to anticipate and manage this kind of stress when it arises.
