Diversity, equity, and inclusion
DIVERSITY STATEMENT
The official Greenhills school diversity statement runs as follows:
"The promotion of diversity is essential to the ethos and practices of Greenhills School. We believe that people from all races, cultures, socio-economic backgrounds, genders, abilities, religions, and sexualities are sources of strength that enrich teaching and learning. We strive to build a diverse learning community by actively valuing individual experiences, ideas, and talents."
In all of our practices, the members of the College Counseling Office strive to uphold the ideals articulated in this statement. In addition, we subscribe to the Commitment to Antiracist Action authored by the Association of College Counselors in Independent Schools.

FLY-IN AND DIVERSITY PROGRAMS
Many colleges host programs aimed at recruiting students from underrepresented backgrounds, and they often pay for students' travel to visit campus and take part. Here is a list of programs, courtesy of College Greenlight.
Please note that many fly-in and diversity programs are adopting different protocols in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please visit individual program pages for more information.
