The Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) in California provides funding for before-school, after-school, and summer enrichment for Transitional Kindergarten through 6th grade. It offers free, safe, and engaging academic/arts programs, prioritizing foster youth, English learners, and low-income students.

Who qualifies? All Green Dot Publics school students in middle school can qualify for this free program. Program offerings are run through the afterschool program to create a single comprehensive program for all students. Program can vary by school site. Check with your schools afterschool program coordinator for more details.
