The most frequently asked question that we hear at MBLC events is, ‘What are the steps to transforming a school? Where do we start?” This Implementation Steps document is a guide to the first, essential steps towards school transformation.
This document lists the key indicators of the Implementation Steps and should be used as a companion guide. If you are a Cohort 1 or Cohort 2 school, click here to take the self-assessment to monitor your progress. In order to see your results, be sure to email a GSP coach and let them know the date of your assessment. If you are not a Cohort 1 or Cohort 2 school, please contact Great Schools Partnership at info@greatschoolspartnership.org or 207-773-0505.
