Impact Fellows

The Impact Fellows program supports a small group of MBLC educators in honing their facilitation and presentation skills so that they will be able to share their experience and expertise with other schools. 

The Impact Fellows were chosen through a selective application process in Fall, 2024. During the 2024-2025 school year, each Fellow completed a project designed to support their school’s transition to Culturally Responsive-Sustaining and Mastery-Based practices. The Fellows presented their projects at the 2025 MBLC Spring Gathering and shared materials and artifacts that could be helpful to other schools.

During the 2025-2026 school year, the Impact Fellows are working together to deepen their understanding of adult learning and practice their presentation and facilitation skills. They helped to facilitate the 2025 Fall Gathering and will be presenting or facilitating at other MBLC events throughout the year.
