Happy Summer!

Thank you to everyone for a great 23-24 school year. Summer is upon us so it is now time to fully turn to the 24-25 school year and Band Camp!

Band Camp!

Band Camp is July 29 - August 2. All students should come prepared having practiced the music prior to band camp. All music and info can be found on the Marching Band Page.

Calendar

The 24-25 Calendar has been added to the BAND and is updated on the Calendar Page.

The musical dates are TBD

BAND App

Parents and students should join the BAND if they have not already. On the app/page you'll be able to see the full calendar, see updates and announcements as soon as they are posted and much more. There is a browser version. Let me know if you have any questions.

Jazz Bands

Congrats to those who were selected to Jazz I following auditions last week. Here are a few notes regarding what the Jazz Program will look like going forward:

Jazz I will begin rehearsals on September 10. The new Jazz I rehearsal schedule will be Tuesday 6:45-7:20, Wednesday 7:00-8:00, and Thursday 6:45-7:20.
There will be a Jazz II meeting on September 5. Jazz II will now be meeting after school on Mondays. I hope to have Jazz II begin rehearsals on September 16.
Friday BHTs will be jam sessions, anyone is welcome to come down and join us to read tunes out of the Real Book and have some fun.
