The Texas Success Initiative Assessment (TSIA):

• Entry into high school Dual Credit Program

• Demonstrates College Readiness to enroll into on-level college courses in any Texas public school after graduation

• Exempt seniors from taking the *English and/or Algebra I STAAR EOC exam during the final semester leading to graduation ( *if not already passed)

• Earn the “College Ready Distinction” cord to adorn during the graduation ceremony when:

  • • minimum standard on the TSIA-English 945/5 and Math 950/6

    • ACT-English 18 and Math 22

    • SAT-English 480 and Math 530

    • College Prep courses in English and Math

• Parents can view their student’s test scores through Skyward Family Access.
