Step 2: Create FSA ID
Names must match on website to Social Security card
Create 1 parent FSA ID
If no parent SS#, student can not complete FSA
If living arrangement is different from parents, handled on case by case
Need parent and student W2
information is going back two years
Parent accounts are different if both student and parent attend school
If divorce parents-may want to use the parent that is lower and accessible.
