Middle Ages

Wake up and get ready for work in the country

While your lord enjoys his life in his Manor

With little working matter

Which leaves you a working disaster

He gives you work that makes you scatter

Which is as tough as a stone wall

Which after months it makes you just want to fall

And you wish everyday that it’d all go away

The Feudal System is the way to get your land

But you would have to work to own your grand piece of land

Peasants that work for their Serf

Because they are on their Lords turf

Hauling stacks of hay

And plowing wheat fields

This period in time feels like Ten Thousand years wasted away

With you have been wanting to hide away

Medieval Jousting was a popular sport in this period of time

Training using the Quintain

Riding Horseback and jousting with lances

Charging into battle with your armor to protect you

Weapons for battle are made by a blacksmith

Maces for swinging and Spears for throwing

Swords that were sharp enough to slice a carriage in half

Plus there was Battle Axes and Crossbows for cutting off and shooting

This is the way of the Middle Ages

Systems for trade, Weapons for battle, Sports for entertainment

And a whole lot more machines and systems

For this is the way of the Middle Ages
