The most challenging part of the school year: was the start. I've had so many challenges and struggles at the start of the school year. No one was familiar with the school hallways and classes. Everyone was lost in the first week of the year, including me. Furthermore, the nicest thing that someone has done to me this school year has been that they helped me get to a class.
However, the sixth grade school year has also been a good memory (so far) and an experience that has helped me learn a lot of things that will stick with me for the rest of my life. I've learned a lot of things in different subjects that I didn't believe I'd learn. The area that I believe I have made the most improvements in, is science because I usually get at least meets at this point of the year. I think I could have done more things this school year; for example, joining clubs, but I wasn't prepared at all. I also learned that not everything you might want will happen, but it's for the best. Another important thing I've learned this school year was to never give up, and always believe in yourself no matter what.
Something that I did that I'm probably never going to forget is becoming friends with a lot of people who are now an important part in my life that I met this year.
Eye-opening, awesome, exciting, fun, friendly, and adventurous are all words that I believe would suit the 6th-grade school year. I think these words will be perfect for this because that's how I feel about school overall.
