Transcript Requests

How To Obtain Your Ontario Student Transcript:

Current students and students who graduated in the past year may contact Ms. Jarvis (Guidance Secretary) 519-485-1200 ext. 65687 or by email:  dawn.jarvis@tvdsb.ca regarding copies of their transcripts.

Graduates will receive one copy of their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) at the annual commencement ceremony in October.  Any graduates who do not attend commencement are encouraged to come to the main office at the school to pick up their diploma.

Students who graduated more than one year ago, or retired students, may request additional copies of their official student transcript through Thames Valley District School Board Records Centre.
