f you are a Incoming TVDSB Grade 9 student, please speak to your elementary teacher for support and click HERE.

Option #1:
If you are in-area to Beal, please follow the steps of the TVDSB Online Registration Process

click "Request an Account"
click "I am a parent/guardian registering my child online"
Follow through the steps and ensure you are uploading the required supporting documents (such as proof of Birth and Address).
Option #2:
Students must register through OneWorld (click HERE) if transferring from a NON-TVDSB School and/or have one of the following:
English is NOT the first language
Not a Permanent Resident (PR)
Not a Canadian Citizen (CC)
on a study permit
on parent's work permit
a refugee
If transferring from a NON-TVDSB, a Canadian Citizen and/or a Permanent Resident:
Fill out the Registration form ONLINE (click HERE) or print off the Form below and email it to: beal@tvdsb.ca
Proof of Residence (ex. current utility bill, lease)
Show original documents for proof of Canadian citizenship (ex. Birth Certificate, Passport, Permanent Resident Card)
Copy of last report Card / Graduation Summary (you can request from your last school)
Custodial Arrangements (if applicable - copy of Legal Court Documents)
*Out-of-Area students must submit an "Out-of-area Exemption" Form DEADLINE: Thurs. February 1st, 2024 - ONLY applicable to those who apply to Bealart or BMT specialty programs and/or will be moving in-area and H.B. Beal will become the Home School (show proof)**
