Applying to Bealart?

All students interested in the special art program, please go to bealart.com for more information and click 'how to apply'.

STEP #1: Beal School Registration

Please go to our "Registration Page" to find information about enrolling to H.B. Beal Secondary School before the deadline dates. This is only applicable to those who are NOT currently attending Beal Secondary School.

STEP #2: Bealart Supplemental Form

Follow the instructions on bealart.com website > "how to apply" (click HERE)
If a TVDSB student, join the Google Classroom: "2026-2027 Bealart Google Classroom" - code: ymykwaj
Complete the application listed in that Google Classroom > 'Classwork' (forms are located in there)

All students with a gotvdsb accounts are to apply by uploading the required documents in that Google Classroom listed below.
Students who do NOT have a gotvdsb account, please email Mr. Heene with the following documents listed below.

Applying to the Grade 9 Enriched Art, the application includes:

1. Bealart Application Form

2. Complete the Questionnaire (Gr.9s ONLY)

3. Upload your Art portfolio of 5 items (details in the Google Classroom > Classwork > My Portfolio).

Applying to the Grade 11 Foundations or After Graduation Studio Practice Foundation, the application includes:

1. Bealart Application Form
2. Upload a Graduation Summary
3. Upload your Art Portfolio of 10 items (details in the Google Classroom > Classwork > My Portfolio).
