**An "Out of Area Exemption Request Form" must be submitted if students are OOA to H.B. Beal S.S. Students will be notified if they are accepted.**

Please complete the following:

1. Fill out the Registration process online through the TVDSB School Registration Form on your DESKTOP (will not work on cell phones)
   
   

a) open this link: https://sisprod.tvdsb.ca/aspen/logon.do 

b) under Login ID, click "Request an Account" 

c) click "I am a parent/guardian registering my child online"

• Follow through the steps and ensure you are uploading the required supporting documents (such as proof of Birth and proof of Address).
  
  

2. Share copies of Supplemental Course Applications submissions (if applicable) 

a) click HERE to view some applications (such as: BMT, Co-op, GPP3OM/IDC4UM, SHSM, Bealart etc.)

*We only accept Grade 11 and 12 out-of-area students if they applied and got ACCEPTED into one of our special programs (Bealart or BMT). We do not accept Grade 10 OOA students. All other OOA students are required to go to their home/in-area schools.* 

1. Click HERE to find out which school you are in-area to based on your current address

2. Fill out the Registration Package AND the OOA Form (below)

a) Out-of-Area (OOA) students must submit an "OOA Exemption" Form - it is ONLY applicable to those who apply to Bealart or BMT specialty programs and/or will be moving in-area and H.B. Beal will become the Home School (required to show proof)*

3. Share copies of Supplemental Course Applications submissions (a requirement for OOA students to attend Beal)  
   
   

4. Share the completed forms (with copies of the supporting documents) by emailing the school: can be dropped off at H.B. Beal School at the King Street entrance OR it can be scanned & emailed to beal@tvdsb.ca with students Last name in email "subject" line <<<
