All students in Grades 10-12 must complete the following:

1. Beal School Registration Package (for 2023-2024 school year)
   
   

2. Copy of Graduation Summary (or "Student Status Sheet" from LDCSB) - (request it from your last school)
     ~ Current TVDSB students: show copy of your myBlueprint that was      completed.
   
   

3. Proof of Birth (ex. Passport, Birth Certificate [driver's license is not valid])
   
   

4. Proof of current Address (ex. current utility bill, lease - showing guardian's name and recent date within 1-2 months)  *Driver's License is not accepted*  
   
   

5. Copy of Individual Education Plan (IEP) - if applicable
   
   

6. Custodial Arrangements - if applicable
   
   

7. Supplemental Course Applications - if applicable (click HERE (ex. BMT, Co-op, GPP3OM/IDC4UM, SHSM, Bealart etc.); OOA students need to apply and be accepted in order to attend Beal*
   
   

8. *Out-of-Area (OOA) students must submit an "Out of Area Exemption" Form (below) - it is ONLY applicable to those who apply to Bealart or BMT specialty programs and/or will be moving in-area and H.B. Beal will become the Home School (required to show proof)*
