be calm, patient, consistent, observant
Don't:
Shout, hit, move quickly, or stand in blind spots
Differences between tame and untamed livestock:
Tame: bribe; have little to no flight zone
Untamed:
want to move in the direction they are already going
want to see what is pressuring them
want to follow/stay with the herd
have very little patience
