Acrobatics training online will cover strength and conditioning exercises. These will help with all your basic acro tricks and keep your body supple and build strength for when you are back at classes.
As we always say in class, only practise tricks you have already mastered at home as we are unable to give online instruction and support in line with our insurance policy.
