• Prep for Flag Design Project: Flags are one of the most popular forms of visual communication. They are used as national symbols for individual nations. They’re used as symbols for States. They’re used to send messages such as warnings or alerts. They’re used to represent athletic teams and sporting events. Their colors usually hold special meaning. Spend some time exploring Flags of the World. Clicking on 'FLAG' underneath a thumbnail will reveal a larger version of the flag and a description.
