逆滲透過濾系統和超濾系統的配合
We are very proud of our wastewater recycling system. In our wastewater recycling procedure, we use RO(逆滲透過濾)and UF(超濾) techniques to recycle the wastewater in our clothes-making procedure.
Fig 1.
The Use of RO System
After the clothes-making process, there is a lot of wastewater, and it will be a waste not to reuse this huge amount of water. The RO technique uses electric ions to remove sediment(沈澱物) and chlorine(氯) from water with a prefilter before it forces water through a semipermeable membrane(半透膜) to remove dissolved solids(溶解固體). (See Fig 1. and Fig 2.)

However, the water before going through the RO system needs to be increased the pressure to increase the water intake, so we need to cooperate with the RO system and UF system so that the filtration efficiency can meet its maximum.
The Use of UF System
What does the UF system do in this recycling process? Because the UF system can not filter the water as pure as the RO system does, we use the UF system as an assist of the RO system. The UF system can increase the water pressure by forcing the water to go through a semipermeable membrane so that the water is not only first filtered but also increases the water pressure to provide the RO system to filter more pure water for reuse. (See Fig 3. and Fig 4.)

When we cooperate with the RO and UF system to filter the wastewater, the recycling efficiency can meet its maxim. Therefore, we do not need to waste a lot of energy to recycle the wastewater, which means that it not only saves energy but also improves the wastewater recycling process with less waste being produced.
