Mindful Colouring

Mindful colouring is different from scattered colouring. When we colour for fun we are not paying attention - we are having fun which is ok. :)

BUT - When we are mindful we take a deep breath - Inhale - hold 2 - 3 - 4 - Exhale - 2 - 3 - 4 - and look at the picture. Then we pretend we are in the picture.

What would it be like to be there? What is happening?

Sometimes it is nice to have some mindful music in the background. I've included some links to youtube channels for music and backgrounds for mindful colouring.

Remember - mindful colouring is great for kids and adults alike!
