SchoolsPlus Q+A

Here are a few frequently asked questions about SchoolsPlus:

Q: How have your services changed during Covid-19?

A: SchoolsPlus is following all Public Health directives. While we have been limited in some of our services (such as providing transportation or making home visits), our SchoolsPlus team has been very creative and adaptable. The best way to find out how we can help you is to call, email, or text us.

Q: Can I make a donation to SchoolsPlus?

A: If you’d like to make a donation of clothing or other items, call us to talk about it.

Q: Does SchoolsPlus work with other community organizations?

A: Yes, we can. SchoolsPlus will often work with other community agencies and organizations to help ensure that every organization involved with a family is working together and communicating with one another. We help the organizations collaborate so that students and their families are getting the best service possible.

Q: How does your consent form work?

A: Our consent form is designed to allow us to work collaboratively with multiple agencies and ensure that everyone is working together. If a student or family is involved with several service providers, this makes collaboration much easier and can reduce service delays.

a comprehensive, collaborative, integrated delivery of services

sharing of information and resources between agencies

timely and effective services
