SSNS Sport Declarations

In order to provide better information for schools that want to declare for SSNS sports, the following declaration forms are open for schools to complete. The deadline is posted and schools may reenter the form to change any information up to the deadline date. Also the table beside the link to the form will allow schools to see what schools have declared in each sport.

The SSNS office will continue to send out declaration reminders with link to declaration form for schools to complete.
