We can learn together, even though we are apart.

Week 2:
Mindfulness Activity -
Everything Changes: Watch the flow of life
I can notice what is the same, and what is different.
Extra: Write, Draw, or Tell someone about what you noticed.
If you can, take a walk and look for Signs of Spring.
How do you know the season is changing? What signs of spring do you notice? Is there a difference in the weather? What about animals? Birds? Does the ground look different? Plants?
Lots to notice as Spring comes in and welcomes us with its beauty!
