The general and specific curriculum outcomes for Leadership 12 are meant to be integrated with one another so that students employ what they learn as they are developing, managing and implementing projects.
Module 1: Leadership in the Classroom 15%
This module emphasizes building a positive community of leaders within the students’ learning environment(s) during the first few weeks of the course. Building a positive learning community is integral to the course. Establishing ground rules, group norms and practices are essential within this period of time.
