The AVRCE offers an Innovation Center, which functions as a lending library of technology hardware and platforms for educators. This collection contains hardware and software that are not typically part of a standard classroom setup, such as makerspace technologies designed to foster creativity and innovation across any subject area. The centre is designed for convenience; teachers can sign out the technology they want, and it will be delivered directly to their classroom through the Region's courier service. After you have finished using it, you simply send it back via the same courier, allowing us to collect and redistribute the equipment to another teacher.
To support this initiative, our website provides a direct link to the library of resources where educators can browse and sign out items, as well as find accompanying lessons, activities, and professional development opportunities tied directly to the Innovation Center's offerings.
