Gold Silver and Bronze

Students at Baddeck Academy who make honours in their grade 10, 11 or 12 year can qualify for a Baddeck Academy Bronze, Silver or Gold award which is awarded to a student at graduation.

Gold:

Students must be in good standing and have received a bronze and a silver in their previous years. They must have achieved 80% or over in the current school year. This mark is calculated using ALL marks from all courses in the current school year.

Silver:

Students must be in good standing and and have received a bronze in their previous year. They must have achieved and average of 80% or over in the current school year. This mark is calculated on ALL marks in all courses in the current school year.

Bronze:

Students must be in good standing and have achieved an average of 80% over (1) one year in high school. (10, 11, 12) This mark is calculated on ALL marks in one of the years in 10, 11, or 12.
