Mountaineers will be coming back for another summer starting June 2nd!
This QR code to the right is printed & laminated at the front desk for new players coming in through out June into August. When the player scan this QR code they will be directed to a link for membership set up. Their membership is $0.00, but we still need to collect a payment method for incidentals, they may also charge this card if they purchase any snacks ect.
When a new mountaineer comes....
1. please have them scan the QR code to set up their membership
2. verify all of the info was collected & get a payment method on file
3. Get a photo for their profile & give them a barcode.
3. Give them a tour, print out the document of rules, go over it with them and have them sign it.

How to link for Base schools + Intro Training Pack
Starting Tomorrow May 1st the Schools out Summer Special will be available for sale! There will be 2 options available for purchase.
3 month (pre-paid) Base Pass for $157
3 month (pre-paid) Base Pass + 1 hour personal for $197. (Please have anyone who signs up for this deal fill out the intake form on the kiosk to get linked with a personal trainer. Best practice to have them do this upon purchase)
This special is ONLY available to NON-MEMBERS who are students (K12-College) and Educators (Teachers, Professors, School admin, Classroom Aides etc.) Anyone who has a current school ID are eligible. * Individuals must show valid ID upon sale *
This pass will allow them to access the member class drop in rate for $10 & Member pricing for personal training packages (This Excludes the Intro Personal Training pack!!)
Individuals purchasing this pass MUST have an active card on file, EFT enabled in their billing info & EFT date set to the 1st.
For the access card we have ordered pass cards that are just like the 30 day and 7 day passes. We will be using the same bar code stickers for this.
Sale ends on June 30th, 2025!! These passes are not to be sold after this date.
