Membership Promotions: March 1st - May 31st
Here’s How It Works:

• Members will refer a friend to join our gym

• If their friend signs up for a 12-Month Membership OR a Month-to-Month Membership, THEY receive $20 off their next month.

• If their friend commits to a 12-Month Membership, they will also receive $20 off their next full month. The referred friend will not receive $20 off if they sign up for a month to month.

Important Details:

• The referred person may be a brand-new member OR a returning former member — as long as they are not currently active

•  1-day, 7-day, and 30-day pass holders do NOT qualify

• The referred member receives $20 off only if they choose a 12-month membership

• The referring member will get $20 off for every member referred. This will be $20 off each month, not accumulated to 1 month. For example if the referring member is on a month to month membership and they refer 5 people, for the next 5 months their rate will be lowered by $20.

! No limit to how many friends you can refer !

All oteam needs to do is make sure the referral space is filled in with the members name when signing up the new member or returning former member.

• When new members create a profile using the kiosk, there is spcae where they can put the member who referred them.

• Paige and I will be running weekly reports and manually adjusting members rates.

GMCF ran an add for this referral promo in "The World" if any member comes in saying they were referred or saw the add Oteam will need to put in Gary Haas name ( Owner of "The World" )

  • If you are linking anyone by billing please link them in the billing section under the primary members profile before setting up the second/third/fourth person member, Or a child membership.

  • 1. Important: Set the expiration date for the "1 GMCF Class Access (40 Pack)" to the last day of the current month. 

    2. Always get an active card on file for incidentals, even if the member is paying with cash or check.
