Adaptive Swim lessons:
If someone is looking to sign up for adaptive swim lessons please direct them to fill out the application on : https://greenmtnadaptive.org/our-programs/swimming , there is a $25 applicstion fee. It can sometimes take a few week or months to get the lesson scheduled. Once it's submitted GMAS will contact sam at swimlessons@gmcf.life.
Private swim lesson cancellations:
If someone calls to cancel a swim lesson, it is important that you send a message to the instructor FIRST, then to Sam after. Sams email is swimlessons@gmcf.life. On days he is not working he will not see it time to cancel and message the instructor first.

Shared Lanes are for…
(i.e. Individual aerobics, lap swimming, PT & Fitness activity)
O-Team Procedure on how to talk to members about lane usage:
Suggested Dialogue......
O-Team: “Hey, What are you here for?”
Patron: “Just playing around”
O-Team: “This area is for fitness only, you need to find a different time to swim. When you’re ready, come up to the front desk and we will look at a more appropriate time.”
O-Team: “Hey, what are you here for?”
Patron: PT
O-Team: “Great, are you okay with sharing a lane?”
Patron: “Yes.”
Patron: “No”
O-Team: “All of these are shared lanes, so if someone would like to join you, they are allowed.”
O-Team: “How old are you, are you swimming alone?”
Patron: “12”
O-Team: “Anyone 12 and under is not permitted to swim without an adult.”
O-Team: “Are you able to share a lane?”
Patron: “of course”
O-Team: “Great, thank you.”
Enforcing Pool Rules:
If any member of Oteam sees a member or non-member breaking one of the rules you may approach said person and point to the sign, and remind them to follow our rules. If they become rude or hostile then get management. If management is not present, if possible get their name and slack Jenna & Cady about the incident.
