Coach Hickman's Physical Education

Hello Tigers. I hope that you are all staying safe and healthy. I am going to put some activities on this website that you can do at home without the need of equipment and space.

Parents,

Your children will not have to keep an exercise log or turn anything in. I am just posting some fitness ideas that can be done inside. If your child is swimming, walking, running, riding a bike, etc. for at least 30 minutes on any given day then they do not have to do the posted exercises.

The directions are on the 'Directions and information' page along with the all of the introduced exercises. The routines are broken up into skill level and each individual exercise can be exchanged with another one of the introduced exercises if one if found to be too difficult or too easy.

I change the routines weekly while introducing new exercises. I miss teaching and coaching.
