Self Harm & Suicidal Ideation
The Distress Centre (located in Calgary) provides a 24/hr crisis phone line, online chat support, face-to-face support, as well as several other community supports (some supports may be available at specific times). All supports can be found at this link, under the "Need Help?" tab.

Okotoks Health & Wellness - Mental Health Urgent Care
Offers mental health assessment on a walk-in basis.
This service provides psycho-social assessments and support on an outpatient basis.
Urgent mental health services are available with no appointment through the Urgent Care department.
Urgent Mental Health conditions may include:
depression
anxiety
thoughts of suicide or harming oneself
overwhelming stress
addictions
other situations that cause a person to be in crisis
