Magnet School Applicants: Call to find out the latest enrollment information about available seats in all grades.
Notices to parents applying to DOE Magnet Schools:
Students entering grades PK, K, or 6th must follow the NYC DOE's application process: https://www.myschools.nyc/en/
All other grades can apply through the Magnet application (see below).
If accepted, your child may attend a Magnet School even if they are not zoned for that school.
Transportation information is the same as for any other DOE school. Magnet schools do not provide transportation that is different from DOE policy, despite the location of the student. Please see the links below for further information:
Once your application is complete, simply mail, email, or drop it off at our school.

Elementary & Middle School Applications
To fill out and send in an application: click on the top right of the application to open in a new page. There you may save, download, print, etc. Send completed applications by mail to the school or by email to Principal Harrison, THarrison3@schools.nyc.gov or Parent Coordinator, Eileen Cortes, ECortes@schools.nyc.gov

Middle School Application Information
Parents must create an account at MySchools in order to submit a Middle School Application for their child.
You will need your child’s student ID number and a creation code which will be provided in a letter that will be mailed to your home in the upcoming weeks. The creation code may also be requested from the School Counselor: Mrs. Loscalzo. If you would like to guarantee a spot in our Middle school, you must choose our school as your first choice.

Kindergarten Applications
All NYC Families with a child born in 2019, can apply to Kindergarten beginning December 5th through January 19, 2024. Please go to www.myschools.nyc to create an account and submit your application
All families should participate in kindergarten admissions, including children currently attending pre-K, students with disabilities, English Language Learners, and students with accessibility needs. Families will also be able to apply to Kindergarten Gifted & Talented Program on the same general Kindergarten application.
MySchools.nyc includes an online directory tool that allows families to explore program choices, save programs of interest and submit their application, all on the same site.

3K and PK Applications
Parents can begin submitting applications for their child to enroll in 3-K or pre-K for the 2024–25 school year starting on January 10. Families who have signed up for the admissions mailing list or have created a MySchools.nyc account will be notified once the application is open via an email from noreply@schools.nyc.gov.

Families must submit their applications for 3-K and pre-K by March 1.
Families can attend upcoming virtual elementary admission events to learn more about the 3-K and pre-K admissions process; interpretation services are available at the events.
