The Growth Acquisition Specialist will own and lead the company’s digital acquisition strategy, with a primary focus on website-driven growth, paid media execution (Google Ads and Meta Ads), and active participation in SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives.
This is a highly performance-oriented role, responsible for scaling qualified traffic, leads, and revenue through continuous experimentation, data-driven decisions, and optimization across channels.
Your main responsibilities
Own the end-to-end acquisition strategy via the website, ensuring consistent growth in qualified traffic and conversions.
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with a strong focus on CAC, LTV, and ROI.
Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition strategies (top, mid, and bottom of funnel) connecting paid media, landing pages, and CRM flows.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, churn, and LTV.
Develop hypotheses and run continuous experiments and A/B tests across website, ads, creatives, messaging, and offers.
Manage and continuously develop our website as the primary acquisition engine, ensuring clear value propositions and high conversion rates.
Lead CRO initiatives, including landing pages, forms, CTAs, copy, and user flows.
Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure strong UX, site performance, speed, and technical best practices.
Analyze user behavior using tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and similar platforms to guide optimization decisions.
Actively contribute to the SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content-driven acquisition.
Develop and optimize content for AEO, increasing visibility across answer engines, featured snippets, and AI-powered search experiences.
Partner with content and product teams to structure pages and resources that directly address user questions and pain points.
Track organic rankings, traffic growth, CTR, and downstream conversion impact.
Integrate acquisition efforts with our CRM team (email, WhatsApp, SMS) to maximize lead conversion and activation.
Execute remarketing and lead nurturing strategies to increase pipeline efficiency and opportunity recovery.
Ensure tight alignment between paid media, website experience, and sales workflows.
Analyze competitors, benchmarks, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Continuously test new channels, formats, creatives, and acquisition strategies.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required
Education and Experience
Advanced English.
7+ years in growth-focused marketing roles, with proven experience implementing successful strategies and campaigns.
Experience managing websites, landing pages, SEO, UX, and analytics.
Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, customer insights, and campaign performance.
Proven track record of running successful paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other acquisition channels).
Experience managing website development, optimization, and cross-functional web projects.
Ability to lead CRM initiatives aimed at increasing overall conversion rates.
Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with market trends, emerging tech, and growth marketing best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing and website performance.
