About the position
We’re looking for an Email Copywriter to join our CRM team and write high-performing messages for every stage of the lead and customer lifecycle. This role is ideal for a creative, data-informed writer with experience in B2B communication, preferably in startups or SaaS companies. You’ll play a key role in engaging international leads and customers with clear, compelling, and conversion-driven content that reflects Globalfy’s brand voice.
Your main responsibilities
Write persuasive, action-oriented content for email marketing automations, WhatsApp messages, newsletters, and customer engagement campaigns;
Write and edit high-quality content in English and Spanish, adapting style and tone for different audiences and markets;
Collaborate with CRM, Product, CX and Sales teams to align messaging with audience segments and funnel stages;
Create and iterate on automated and manual lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, retention, upsell, reactivation, Black Friday, promotions, lead nurturing, etc.);
Tailor copy to LatAm and international markets (like Spain and Portugal) , always with a focus on the U.S. business landscape;
Conduct A/B tests and use performance data (open, click, conversion rates) to improve engagement and ROI;
Ensure messaging follows our brand voice;
Manage content calendars and help scale CRM efforts with consistent, localized messaging across different regions;
Stay updated on email marketing trends, AI tools and compliance best practices (like CAN-SPAM) to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required
Education and Experience:
Proficiency in English and Spanish;
2–4 years of experience writing email and CRM copy for B2B audiences;
Background in tech companies, SaaS, fintech, startups, or agencies specialized in international B2B marketing (ownership experience, not only execution).
Strong portfolio showcasing multichannel content copywriting (e.g. email, WhatsApp, onboarding messages or newsletter) in English and Spanish;
Understanding of CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing is a big plus.
Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with attention to cultural nuance across different markets, focusing on clarity, conversion, and tone adaptation;
Ability to create strategic, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences;
Ability to write for different stages of the customer lifecycle and across multiple channels;
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or similar ones) and basic analytics;
Proactive, data-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Creativity, autonomy, and strategic thinking to thrive in startup or scale-up contexts.
