About the position
We’re looking for a Content Strategist (LinkedIn) to own and scale our presence on LinkedIn, both on the company page and our Founder’s profile. This role is central to our brand and demand strategy: you’ll craft high-impact, platform-native content that strengthens authority, grows community, and supports pipeline.
You’ll work in the Branding and Content team, and directly with the Founder to translate insights, opinions, and market narratives into simple, compelling stories that resonate with a B2B audience.
Your main responsibilities
LinkedIn Strategy & Editorial Ownership
Define and evolve our LinkedIn content strategy, including pillars, narratives, themes, formats, and publishing cadence.
Build and manage a weekly/monthly editorial calendar aligned with brand positioning and funnel priorities.
Turn business, product, and customer insights into clear B2B storytelling for LinkedIn.
Company LinkedIn Channel
Create native LinkedIn content end-to-end: short-form and long-form posts, carousels/documents, polls, threads, newsletters, and scripts for short videos/webinars.
Partner with Design and Growth to develop strong creatives and test new formats.
Support light community engagement: respond to comments and spark relevant conversations.
Founder LinkedIn (Thought Leadership)
Own and scale our Founder’s LinkedIn presence end-to-end (strategy, calendar, writing, publishing).
Run recurring alignment sessions with the Founder to capture point of view, tone, and timely insights.
Translate Founder ideas into high-quality thought-leadership content that reflects their authentic voice.
Identify opportunities for Founder commentary on market trends, product narratives, and key moments in the industry.
Support light engagement on the Founder profile to build credibility and community.
Performance & Optimization
Track performance across both channels (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, leads).
Run experiments, test formats and messaging, and optimize based on data.
Maintain a repeatable LinkedIn playbook and improve processes over time.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required
2+ years of proven experience creating and scaling B2B LinkedIn content for brands and/or executive profiles.
Strong voice-matching ability and editorial judgment; excellent storytelling skills.
Hands-on knowledge of copywriting and content across funnel stages.
Highly organized and autonomous, able to manage multiple deliverables with consistent quality.
Comfortable using analytics to guide decisions (LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
Fluent in English and native Portuguese.
Nice to have
Experience in tech, SaaS, consulting, fintech, or B2B services.
Experience building Founder-led or executive thought-leadership programs.
Ability to communicate in Spanish.

The position is full-time, which means that you must be available every working day between 9 am and 5 pm EST due to time-zone changing according to Daylight saving time in the United States.
